1. Purpose

This policy outlines the booking procedures, payment terms, and refund conditions for all yacht rentals and charters managed by Vantage Rock. It ensures transparency, fairness, and professional handling of client reservations.

2. Booking Process

  • All bookings must be made through Vantage Rock’s official booking system, website, or authorized representatives.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a signed contract and required deposit.
  • Guest information (names, IDs, number of passengers) must be submitted at least 48 hours before the trip.
  • Final itinerary, time, and departure details must be confirmed 24 hours prior to boarding.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
  • The remaining 50% is due no later than 48 hours before the charter date.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
  • Late payment may result in automatic cancellation.

4. Cancellations by Client

  • More than 7 days before trip: 90% refund of the total amount (10% service fee applies).
  • 3–7 days before trip: 50% refund of the total amount.
  • Less than 72 hours before trip: No refund; full payment retained.

Note: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@vantagerock.sa.

5. Cancellations by Vantage Rock

  • Vantage Rock reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in the event of:
    • Severe weather conditions
    • Technical failure of the yacht
    • Government restrictions or port closures

Client Options in Case of Cancellation by Vantage Rock:

  • Full refund
  • Rescheduling the trip without extra charge
  • Upgrading or transferring the booking to an equivalent available yacht

6. No-Show Policy

  • If the client does not arrive within 1 hour of the agreed boarding time without prior notice, the booking is marked as a no-show and non-refundable.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the confirmation date.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

8. Amendments to Booking

  • Booking amendments (change in date, time, number of guests) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before the trip.
  • Additional charges may apply if the change affects duration, services, or yacht capacity.
